OUR GOALS:
Produce one million tonnes of wheat and soybeans and 10 million tonnes of maize annually by 2031.
Reduce maternal mortality rates from 278 per 100,000 live births to 100 by 2026.
Increase live animal populations to 7 million by 2026.
Provide all citizens over the age of 16 with a digital identity.
Increase availability of essential drugs from 35% to 70% by 2026, in line with World Health Organization guidelines.
Enhance trade facilitation to reduce time and cost of trade by at least 50% by 2026.
Provide sufficient, reliable, and low-cost electricity to 66% of Zambians by increasing energy generation to 9,000MW by 2030.
Develop 1,680km of railway, 2,500km of road and aviation infrastructure that can support 1.7 million annual passengers by 2026.
